The acquisition brings together two highly aligned businesses with a shared commitment to relationship‑led advice and client‑first service.
The acquisition is one of the largest of its kind in Ireland’s financial services market in recent years, strengthening NFP’s Private Wealth offering and enhancing its ability to deliver highly personalised financial planning through deeper expertise and dedicated specialist capability.
