To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Credit Control & Operations Support Assistant to take overall responsibility for facilities management at the offices as well as other administration and Credit Control related duties.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Proficiency in MS office suite 
  • Experience with credit control
  • 2+ years in an office management role
  • Open GI experience is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Using your skills, you will be:

  • Generating and distributing monthly broker and direct statements using Open GI
  • Following up with brokers via calls and emails regarding outstanding balances
  • Updating and maintaining the Aged Debtors Spreadsheet with ongoing feedback
  • Monitoring and responding to emails from brokers and clients daily as well as managing and coordinating incoming calls and ensure proper routing to relevant team members
  • Facilities management – work with procurement lead to ensure office supplies and resources are restocked
  • Be the escalation point for office maintenance issues and suppliers
  • Managing health and safety procedures and ensure the correct number of fire marshals and first aiders are trained 
  • Supporting and welcoming new starters to the office
