To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Credit Control & Operations Support Assistant to take overall responsibility for facilities management at the offices as well as other administration and Credit Control related duties.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS office suite
- Experience with credit control
- 2+ years in an office management role
- Open GI experience is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Using your skills, you will be:
- Generating and distributing monthly broker and direct statements using Open GI
- Following up with brokers via calls and emails regarding outstanding balances
- Updating and maintaining the Aged Debtors Spreadsheet with ongoing feedback
- Monitoring and responding to emails from brokers and clients daily as well as managing and coordinating incoming calls and ensure proper routing to relevant team members
- Facilities management – work with procurement lead to ensure office supplies and resources are restocked
- Be the escalation point for office maintenance issues and suppliers
- Managing health and safety procedures and ensure the correct number of fire marshals and first aiders are trained
- Supporting and welcoming new starters to the office
