To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Client Advocate to join our dynamic Health and Safety team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Health and Safety Client Advocates, you will be part of our growing team in Kildare and will be responsible for developing strong client relationships over the long term with the interests of client retention.

We're looking for someone with:
- Face to Face Client relationship management
- Familiarity with Digital Products and Professional Apps with the ability to lead & train others in their use
- Client problem solving and escalation
- Exposure to Health and Safety processes & compliance
- A interest in, and willingness to learn about, Health and Safety legislation & best practice
- IT Proficiency – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Office Tools
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Full and clean driver’s licence
Using your skills, you will be:
- Carry out support visits as scheduled and required including client usage, assessments of implementation and identifying gaps where necessary
- Assessing & implementing SeaChange branded solutions as appropriate
- Liaising closely with SeaChange sales and health & safety leads to introduce new systems and services and new clients within established business lines
- Identifying upgrades to existing systems and services
- Actively promoting use of the SeaChange System so that client standards improve over time
- Establishing positive relations with key Client personnel – group/site owners, site managers, & system champions
- Maintaining proficient client contact via email, phone, in-person & remote meetings
- Maintaining and promoting the SeaChange brand by demonstrating excellence and expertise, with a passion for continuous improvement
- 80% of this role will be field based and working remotely
