Pay transparency is quickly becoming a practical priority for Irish employers. We are pleased to deliver this session in collaboration with Galway Chamber of Commerce and Skillnet Ireland. With new expectations around pay information and reporting, many organisations are also reviewing how pay and benefits work together to support recruitment, retention and engagement.

Following strong interest and questions from employers in advance of our pay transparency webinar, we wanted to provide an in-person session in Galway for those who would value a practical discussion, peer insights, and time for questions.

Join NFP Ireland for a focused morning where we will look at pay transparency in practice and what it means for employers. We will also explore how employee benefits can support your wider reward strategy, strengthen your employee value proposition and help you compete for talent in a sustainable way.

The session will be followed by a short networking opportunity, giving attendees time to connect and continue the conversation.
