Iain is a well-known figure in the UK employee benefits space and has designed and developed market-leading strategies for some of the UK's most well-known brands. In his advisory role, Iain works extensively with new and existing NFP clients to provide director-level strategic support.
Damien has over 23 years of experience in UK and international benefits. In March 2018, he joined the NFP International team as an international benefits consultant. Damien is responsible for working with prospects and new clients and strategically working with several key accounts to ensure benefits remain appropriate for their worldwide employees.
